If you’re ever at the St. Paul Farmer’s Market on a weekend, you just have to follow your nose to find Chef Earl’s Barbecue! Chef Earl’s Barbecue and Catering Co. is a mobile food stand that travels to many markets, stores, and events across the state. They offer a rotating menu of barbecue foods, as well as signature spice rubs and barbecue sauces to take home. Chef Earl’s BBQ also offers gourmet catering. The business is family owned and operated by Chef Earl Williams and Felicia Lott-Williams. The couple met at Cub Foods and began their food journey by cooking together for friends and family. They love meeting new people and bonding over food, so be sure to stop by and say hello!
